After years of research and innovation, we’re thrilled to announce the next big step in sustainable heating: Wireless District Heating! 🌍⚡   Gone are the days of underground pipelines - our new "AirHeat" technology transmits heat directly through the air using advanced thermal waves. No more digging, no more maintenance, just instant warmth at the press of a button!   Pilot projects are already underway, and early results are promising. Our recent sales meeting in Germany? Nailed it. 🎯 During the workshop, we focused on key topics to further optimize our sales process, including sales phases and macroeconomic trends 🌍 to stay ahead of market changes. We also had a valuable Power BI best practice sharing session to enhance our data analysis capabilities. Additionally, we reviewed the CX Survey results to identify opportunities for improving customer satisfaction, 😊 all within the framework of Commercial Excellence. Both Power BI and the CX Survey enable us to leverage data and feedback to drive better sales performance and customer experience. The exchange didn’t stop at the meeting - during a relaxed barbecue evening, 🍖🔥 team members had the opportunity to continue discussions in an informal setting, further strengthening our collaboration. 🙏💙

In January, we had the pleasure of conducting a specialized training session at the headquarters of our authorized distributor, INFRACORR, in Niestępowo near Gdańsk, PL. The event, led by Anna Burska and Waldemar Wawrzyniak from LOGSTOR, gathered over 20 participants, including designers and district heating operators.   🔹🔹🔹 Key topics covered 🔹🔹🔹 ✅ Design of pre-insulated district heating networks with LOGSTOR pipes ✅ Use of LOGSTOR Design Tools, including online calculators ✅ Optimization of network efficiency and the impact of production methods on thermal insulation performance ✅ The crucial role of the aluminum diffusion barrier in ensuring a 30+ year service life   The session was not just about knowledge-sharing. It also highlighted the long-standing partnership between LOGSTOR and INFRACORR, which has been bringing innovative solutions to Poland for over 30 years. 🙏   Given the high interest and strong participation, we are pleased to announce that another training session is planned for later in 2025! Learning today, leading tomorrow 💡 At LOGSTOR, we believe that learning never stops - which is why we’re excited to launch the second edition of Learning to GROW, our hands-on development program designed to empower employees. 17 talented colleagues from across LOGSTOR have embarked on this journey, guided by our dedicated facilitators (Cath & Peter), and supported by HR. Over the next few months, they will dive into team workshops, coaching sessions, and real-world business challenges - all designed to shape the future leaders of our organization. The journey will reach its peak in November, when they will present their business projects, showcasing their growth and achievements. Let’s support them on this journey 🚀

🔥 20 Years of Fernwärmetage 🔥 From March 12th to 13th, 2025, Patrick Hollstein, Wolfgang Edtstadler and our new regional director for Austria, CH and Italy, Margarete van Aken, had the privilege of attending Fernwärmetage 2025 in Vienna - the premier gathering for Austria’s top heat producers. This year was extra special as it marked the 20th anniversary of the event, bringing together 200+ industry leaders for two days of innovation, collaboration, and insightful discussions. ✨ Our focus this year? Showcasing Pertflextra, our industrial solutions, and our sustainable recycled casing. The response was fantastic, and we had the opportunity to engage with long-term partners, interested customers, and even competitors. These discussions will now continue in dedicated follow-up meetings … because real progress happens beyond the conference floor.   Events like Fernwärmetage don’t just connect people … they ignite the future of our industry. 🙏 Thank you to the organizers and participants for making it such a success! 🔥 What a fantastic and busy week at our Academy! 🔥   A few weeks ago, we had a packed schedule with great international engagement:   🔹 Our UK instructor, Daniel Davies, joined us to provide valuable support, guidance, and expertise. 🔹 We hosted a 3-day shrink joint course with six skilled participants from Iceland, eager to refine their techniques. 🔹 At the same time, our Danish instructor, Morten Chemnitz, led an intensive training for four professionals from Canada, focusing on both welding joints and extruder welding.   Bringing together professionals from across the world to develop their skills and share best practices is what makes our Academy so special.   It’s only appropriate to acknowledge all the participants for their dedication and enthusiasm – and our instructors for delivering top-quality training! 🙏  

Last week we spent two great days together in the Regional Management Group in Region North Europe, CEE & ROW. 🙏 We discussed how we can increase our value offering to our customers and contribute even more to the green transition taking place despite all uncertainties in the world. 🌱🌍 Very fruitful discussions and great fun! 🙏✨ Where others see obstacles, we see solutions! Successfully executing complex installations in active hospital environments requires not only expertise but also precision and careful planning. At the Specialist Oncology Hospital on Dekerta Street in Gorzów Wielkopolski, our business partner at Technotom Szczecin was responsible for installing pipes for chilled water transmission - a critical component ensuring efficient cooling for the facility's systems. Given the constraints of a fully operational hospital, traditional installation methods were not feasible. Instead, a 50-meter specialized crane was deployed to carefully lower the pipes from above into a custom-prepared channel. This approach minimized disruption to hospital operations while ensuring a safe and efficient installation process.
