    REVISIOR IN LISBON PORTS 🚢 We did it! Revisior has been selected to implement a CX solution in the cruise terminals of Porto de Lisboa : ⚓️ Lisbon Cruise Terminal ⚓️ Santa Apolónia Cruise Terminal ⚓️ Gare Marítima da Rocha Conde de Óbidos We emerged victorious in the innovative corporate program TagusInnov, organized by the Portugal Blue Digital Hub and enabled by Beta-i & Fórum Oceano. Almost 100 startups from 24 countries worldwide participated. Four challenges were presented, seeking solutions for Porto de Lisboa: ✔️ Waste Management & Pollution ✔️ Safety & Security Management ✔️ Communication for Nautical Tourism ✔️ Simplified Bureaucracy Eight winners advanced to the third stage, where the implementation details of the proposed solutions are currently being negotiated. We are the sole representatives from Ukraine and the winners in the "Communication for Nautical Tourism" category. Our omnichannel feedback system and customer experience management will enable Lisbon's cruise terminals to unify existing communication channels and integrate new ones, such as QR codes, tablets, and email newsletters. This will open up new opportunities for rapid feedback from tourists, enhance the travel experience, and help terminals collect valuable data for future development. 🇵🇹 Portugal is actively developing its tourism sector, and this is not the first time we have participated in similar programs. In 2024, we took part in CheckIN Open Innovation and Madeira Startup Retreat. As a result, we achieved our goals and acquired new clients. The latest results exceeded all expectations, confirming high loyalty with an NPS of 87, the leading figure among insurance companies in Ukraine. We have decided to expand our collaboration by monitoring NPS daily to ensure continuous feedback from 100% of clients.     🍕DOMINO’S + REVISIOR = ❤️ ⠀ Friends, we're excited to share great news. Revisior is starting a collaboration with Domino's to enhance service within the company. ⠀ Why is this important? Excellent customer service begins with satisfied employees. So, we conducted an e-NPS survey among Domino’s employees to understand their thoughts and suggestions. ⠀ FIRST RESULTS ✨ ⠀ ✅ Successfully implemented an anonymous e-NPS survey, allowing Domino’s employees to share their thoughts and optionally leave contact details for future communication. ⠀ ✅ 91% of employees from various departments and positions have participated in the survey, providing a comprehensive insight into internal communication within the company. ⠀ ✅ The data gathered helped identify both strengths and areas needing improvement. ⠀ This information will be a crucial tool for Domino’s in developing and implementing new initiatives to enhance employee experience, strengthen leadership relations, and ensure an even more productive work environment. ⠀ We are proud to be part of this process and have the opportunity to help Domino’s become an even better company for its employees and Customers.     5⭐ ONE-LINER How do you talk about your startup or business in one sentence? I think everyone has heard of pitches - a business presentation within a limited time. They can be 5 minutes, 3 minutes, and even an elevator pitch of 30 seconds. But what about one sentence that should answer four simple questions: 1. Who are you? 2. What are you developing? 3. Who is your product or service for? 4. What makes you better than others, or what is your "secret sauce"? One-liners are handy in communications, presentations and sales when you are short on time, and one sentence is the trigger for whether you arouse interest and desire to continue the conversation. ‼️THE TEMPLATE for a one-liner: My company, -__ (insert company name), is developing -_ (a defined offering) to help (a defined audience) _-_ (solve a problem) with ___(secret sauce). Define offering - what product or service are you developing? It's simple: describe your product or service as briefly as possible in a few words. Define audience - who is your target audience? People, businesses, companies - this is very vague. Be more specific: students, small businesses, travellers, HR managers, etc. The secret sauce - what is your uniqueness? What is the "secret sauce" of the product? This is where you need to work, so I give you a recommendation: lower price, better design, faster, more features, easier to use, better customer support, we have an app - this is all "bullshit" or, at most, "ketchup", but not "secret sauce". ‼️HOW TO EVALUATE the clarity and effectiveness of a One-Liner on a five-point scale? The GPT One-Liner Evaluator by Suhas Ghante will help you with this. I'll leave the link if you know where. It's simple: write a one-liner and get a score from 1 to 5. 1-2 is a problem; you need to rework it. In addition to the score, you will receive an explanation of what is wrong, and GPT will immediately ask questions the investor will have when he reads your one-liner. By the way, the first version of Revisior's one-liner, which I used to think was perfect, got 2 points... About 20 attempts later, and here's the NEW VERSION 5/5: My company, Revisior is developing customer experience management (CEM) software to help SMEs collect all feedback in one cloud-based place and simplify processing with semantic analytics of the service, including AI-powered recommendations.     IT HAPPENED! It's no secret that the service level of many Ukrainian brands deserves to be recognised by global benchmarks. For many years, the US, UK, and EU countries have held award ceremonies for the best customer experience. However, for some reason, no one in Ukraine has ever dared to challenge Ukrainian brands, gather CX experts in one place, and simultaneously determine the winners in 16 nominations! The FIRST all-Ukrainian SERVICE AWARD Ukrainian CX Excellence was held 👏 ✅ 55 companies; ✅ 93 essays in 16 nominations; ✅ 43 experts; ✅ 10 evaluation criteria; ✅ 7 months of preparation.
