Future Vision’s units are listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market and began trading under the ticker symbol “FVNNU” on September 12, 2024. Future Vision II Acquisition Corp. is a blank check company whose business purpose is to effect a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses or entities. They plan to focus on acquisition targets within the technology, media, and telecommunications sector. The facility is expected to create 250 local jobs and have an economic impact of $314 million over the next decade.
