You ask us in your letters what keeps us so motivated. ✉️ One of our founders, Oskar Pilch, actually wrote about it a few years ago. (Read on if you're curious) At Rocksoft, we ask the tough questions: "What do we want to change in the world?" "Do we want to change it at all?" "How can we grow and improve every day?" We believe in creating an environment where ambitious people thrive. Encouraging continuous learning and growth. Fostering a culture of honesty, openness, and support. It's about asking the right questions. Learning from others. Embracing the “No” as the beginning of the journey to “Yes.” We aim to support our team members. Inspire with our attitude and actions. Build a stunningly competent and passionate collective. This is why we get up every morning excited to work at Rocksoft. P.S. Pretty much all the letters we get are bills or newsletters. It would be nice if someone sent us a real letter for a change. 😊

🚨 Big changes at Rocksoft! 👀 As you know, Rocksoft has always been about software development – that’s what we do, and it’s the core of who we are. But as Rocksoft grew, so did the needs of our clients. They didn’t just come to us for apps or custom software anymore; they needed help getting their products seen and used. Around 2021, we began offering marketing services alongside software development. You know, landing pages, graphics for social media, some SEO here and there... Even print designs. It worked for a while. But by 2024, we knew it was time for a change. Our marketing efforts had grown so much that we saw the need to create something larger. And that’s how Diligently 🐝 was born! Diligently is a new marketing agency under the Rocksoft umbrella, focused on delivering results-driven marketing strategies and assets, working as hard as a bee 🤗🍯🐝 This is a brilliant move for us! At Rocksoft, we can now fully focus on what we do best – building custom software. And Diligently can do what they do best: helping businesses grow with digital marketing. Give Diligently a warm welcome by following them on their new journey!

40% of users leave if a site takes more than 3 seconds to load 💨 Why waste time? They can easily go to someone else's site 🚶🏻 And they do. ⚠️ 64% of shoppers who have a bad experience on a site will find another store. With countless options, no one has to put up with slow websites anymore. Loading time is one of the most important parts of a website. Yet, many still fail at this. ⛹ Bounce Rate 🤝 Customer Satisfaction 🧐 Brand Perception ⏳ Time on Site 📈 SEO 🛒 Shopping Cart Abandonment 📱 Mobile Experience All of these suffer from slow loading times. Page loading speed isn’t optional – it’s fundamental. Without it being fast, you're literally losing customers. Some other reasons why page speed is important? Liked this post? Repost it ♻️ P.S. Have you noticed that phone payments are getting easier each year? ⭐ Digital wallets, Tap to Pay, and in-app purchases are becoming mainstream. But where will this lead us? 🔎 Mobile payments are on the rise. By 2024, there are expected to be 1 billion users of contactless mobile payments, a 60% increase from 2022. Retailers want to make payments as simple as possible. Obviously, the easier it is, the more people will use it. More usage = more money. Not long ago, InPost launched a service, where you can manage all your shopping carts, payments, deliveries, statuses, and notifications in one app. This innovative move makes payment management even easier. It's clear that this area will continue to grow. But what does the future hold? 👜 Will we be able to pay without even taking our phones out of our pockets? 👁️ Will we use iris recognition for payments? 🤷♂️ Are we heading toward a time when wallets won't be needed? It’s hard to predict. Maybe one company will create software that takes over the global payment market - who knows? One thing is certain: it will only get easier. Which of these payment methods do you use? --- Liked this post? Repost it ♻️ P.S. Every our post is fact-checked, unlike responses from some known GPTs. 🚀 Boost your development with trusted tech solutions | 🎯 Focus on your business, we handle the rest | 🎓 Experienced developer & CEO
While working with customers from near and far, I found it challenging for them to decide to invest in technology. As a founder and CEO, I understand their standpoint, especially when everything is rapidly changing and we are experiencing technological acceleration. You must bet on the right horse to win the competition. Based on my experience, I wrote down my thoughts as a reminder including what is required to build a company that thrives and keeping competitive advantages in my opinion. Investing in the technology doesn't require a lot of resources and money. Would you agree?
Procrastination can cost us a lot in the long run ⏳ Everyone knows this, and some have even learned it the hard way. 😣 But did you know that this also applies to IT solutions? Our CEO, Piotr, wrote an interesting article about it - check it out! https://lnkd.in/dGU42K8q

Confidence is NOT the opposite of humility! ❌ We made up the idea that humility equals lack of confidence. that couldn't be further from the truth 🙅♂️ As a junior in a field, you might feel like you know nothing, especially when it seems like everyone else knows everything. You're like a rookie chef watching Gordon Ramsay cook. 💭 “My role right now is to listen” 👀 💭 “I have an idea, but I won't stick my neck out” 🤐 💭 ”I can spot things that could be improved, but me giving feedback to a senior? Don't be ridiculous!"🤦 This isn't humility — it's lack of self-confidence Without confidence, you won’t achieve much in life, whether professionally or personally. Being humble doesn't prevent you from being confident; in fact, these traits complement each other. The best colleagues are those who are both confident and humble. They push hard to make projects succeed but are always ready to listen and adapt based on others' input. It's always enjoyable to work alongside such people 🙂 Do you know someone who is both confident and humble? Tag them in the comments! --- Liked this post? Repost it ♻️ P.S. There’s one type of software developer that nobody wants to work with 🙅♂️ No, not those who lack technical skills. We're talking about the greatest enemy of all experienced developers - 𝗲𝗴𝗼 ⚔️ The best programmer isn’t the one who can write an entire project alone and call it a day. There’s something that separates good developers from truly great ones: 𝗵𝘂𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆. So, what does humility look like for a developer? It means understanding that you’re not the center of the universe and that your team and the project’s goals come before your own ego. Traits that distinguish a great developer from a good one: 🙋♂️ Admitting when you don’t know something and asking for help 🤔 Owning your mistakes and being willing to learn from them 👋️️ Receiving criticism with grace 💡 Maintaining a growth mindset 💬 Being open to feedback This is how we operate at Rocksoft — and that's why it's a such great place to work 🌟 What other traits do you think describe a truly great developer? --- Liked this post?
