Selena Group is a global producer and distributor of construction chemicals and one of the four largest producers of polyurethane foam for construction industry in the world. Selena was founded in 1992 in Wrocław. At present over 1800 employees around the world work for Selena Group. The Group’s product range includes foams, sealants, adhesives, waterproofing products, insulation systems, fastenings, and complementary products. The Group comprises 30 companies in 19 countries. The Group’s manufacturing plants are located in Poland, Italy, South Korea, China, Romania, Turkey, Spain, and Kazakhstan. Selena's main R&D Center is located in Dzierżoniów in the “INVESTPARK” Wałbrzych Special Economic Zone, and coordinates activities of R&D units from Poland, Italy, Spain, Turkey, Romania and China. In this way, the globally integrated team works closely together, sharing experience and developing solutions for professional users in almost 100 countries around the world. With its international experience gained in diverse markets, Selena Group can grow fast as an innovative company that develops new solutions adapted to increasing users' needs. Selena Group received multiple awards in the most prestigious rankings. The company was recognized by the President of Poland in the category “Sustainable Success” of the Polish President’s Economic Awards competition and received the accolade of “Teraz Polska” for foam-adhesives Tytan Professional 60 SECONDS and in the category “Foreign Investment”. In 2020 Selena Group was also awarded the "Investor without borders" title by European Economic Congress. Selena's modern products of the highest quality are appreciated by the Group's partners and customers on four continents. The Group's portfolio is topped by such outstanding brands as Tytan Professional, Quilosa, COOL-R, Matizol and Artelit. In April 2008, the shares of Selena FM SA, the Group’s holding entity, became admitted to trading on Warsaw Stock Exchange.

Master's degree in civil engineering with construction license. Worked as a designer, engineer and construction manager. Expert in waterproofing, roofing and foundations.   ⚙️ When asked, "If you could invent a new construction tool, what would it be?" - he replies: Everything that is needed for construction has already been invented, but forgotten over time as part of the cult of novelty, modernity and youth. You just have to look for it.   💪 What are his coaching superpowers? Tomasz says: I don't have any superpowers. Just empathy, knowledge, experience, a bit of innate and learned personal culture, mutual respect and understanding. Intelligence and the ability to find common ground also help sometimes. I convey sound knowledge, not marketing descriptions.
