The 8th edition of #MadeInWroclaw is in the history! 📣 Last week the whole city was alive with technology and innovation. Traditionally our event was full of startups, especially in our Expo zone! 🔥 On the stage we hosted the finals of the CEE Startup Voucher 🏆 competition by CEE Startup Network. Startups from 5 countries competed: YoungLink.cz, Exoheal, Spicy cells, LOKI s.r.l. - Laboratory Of Key Innovations, DINO by Paperbox Health, Dreamer Yachts, IoMobility Solutions and SPARKLD. Huge congratulations to the winners: YoungLink, DINO by Paperbox and Spicy cells! 🎉 We also witnessed great pitches from participants of the Startup Launchpad program, which we co-organized with inQUBE Uniwersytecki Inkubator Przedsiębiorczości. Congratulations on the amazing progress! Fridee, Problematy, AirborneHub, Alternify, Solomon, Sasnetics Cloud Solutions and Cyberliance! 👏 🎯 Pitching wasn't everything. The entire Expo was stuffed to the brim with new technological solutions that are #MadeInWroclaw! Among our exhibitors: IDENTT, Openkoda | Open-Source Insurance Application Platform, BioCam, Mniah!, VetApp, Green Sequest, Halo Bird City, Infosolutions, Useme, Green Zebras, Orthoget, innovative projects from the Wrocław University of Science and Technology, CUDO Kombucha and zrzutka.pl together with our joint charity action for people affected by the flood. We are very happy and proud that there are so many incredibly talented people in our region who are creating world-changing products and technologies! Thank you for spending the day together! 💜

An unforgettable night at the #MadeInWroclaw Tech Gala! ✨ The room was filled with excitement as we honored the pioneers driving innovation in #Wroclaw and the entire region! 🎉 Great projects took the stage yesterday night: SmartyMeet, TerraEye, BangProof, SPINETIME Sp. z o.o. and Spectrally. 🎤 The jury, consisting of Aleksander Widawski, JWW Accounting Office, Kamila Brylak, Basck, Dominika Duda (she/her), Venture Café Warsaw Foundation and Magdalena Olczak - Nowicka, PhD, Digital Ocean Ventures, had a tough decision to make, but on the podium stood: ⭐ 1st place: BangProof who received 30 000 PLN from Przedsiębiorczy Wrocław and Marcin Urban, the Treasurer of the City of Wroclaw [Wroclove] ⭐ 2nd place: Spectrally who was gifted 15 000 PLN from Startup Wroclaw ⭐ 3rd place: SPINETIME Sp. z o.o. who was awarded 10 000 PLN by Aleksander Widawski, JWW Accounting Office A special prize from Basck went to BangProof. While the Responsible Business Award from Intel Corporation to SPINETIME Sp. z o.o. Today's great day needs to end in the best way possible! 🚀 The Tech Gala has kicked off, with a startup competition as the main event. Guests were welcomed by Mateusz Jarzombek, Director of Business Support Center, Wroclaw Agglomeration Development Agency (ARAW). 5 startups will compete for cash prizes and special prizes: Spectrally, BangProof, SmartyMeet, TerraEye and SPINETIME Sp. z o.o.. We're keeping our fingers crossed for all our finalists! 🦾 The startups will be evaluated by the Jury: Dominika Duda (she/her), Aleksander Widawski, Magdalena Olczak - Nowicka, PhD, Kamila Brylak. Ladies and gentlemen, history has been made! 🔥 We held the very first edition of VC Demo Day, with which we started this year's #MadeInWroclaw! 💜 We counted over 70 people, 30 of whom were investors and business angels! Thank you so much for your active participation and creating such a great atmosphere! 😎 🎤 12 startups presented themselves in front of the investors, proving why their products are worth their next investment. There were plenty of tough questions, but also very confident answers! Congratulations to all speakers! Feedlab, Hustro, BioCam, Accento, Alethia XAI, Hetalox, Gekko Photonics, Orthoget, PadCare, Dreamer Yachts, Awakast, Green Zebras S.A. In addition to pitching, on the stage we saw Roza Szafranek in a great duet with Cezar Reszel 🦾 and a panel discussion with an excellent lineup: Michał Karbowiak, Concordia Design Accelerator, Wojciech Mroz, Ashoka, Krzysztof Górka, DFR Inwestycyjny Sp. z o.o. and Maciej Jacenik, Startup Wroclaw. Huge thanks for your invaluable insights!
