Another milestone achieved by TEBIN! One more fantastic year filled with great people—colleagues, clients, partners, mates, and strangers. We've experienced business trips, events, projects, innovations, travels, brainstorms, online and offline meetings, demo days, deliveries, milestones, business development, and recruitment.   I'm grateful for everyone who's with us, who joins our team, who works with us, and who trusts, believes, supports, creates, and innovates.   This morning, I was looking at TEBIN-related photos on my iPhone. It's all about great people, interactions, events, gatherings, and fun. It's about colleagues, employees, mates, partners, and clients coming together to achieve a joint mission, have fun, and connect. We're united by similar values, comfortable together, yet very different and diverse. People join the company, grow with us in our freedom culture, sometimes leave for new opportunities, but stay connected, return, meet, collaborate, and have fun.   It's about continuous growth, development, and innovation—in our people, processes, techniques, and ways of working and thinking.   It's about continuous learning—from ourselves, each other, clients, other industries, friends, and partners.   It's about beauty, style, branding, and looking good. Starting from ourselves, our projects, models, drawings, cakes, t-shirts, hats, offices, and wallpapers.   It's about facing challenges together and supporting each other—colleagues, clients, friends, and strangers alike. It's about overcoming war, Covid, relocations, and adapting to online and offline work. We've proved that we can do better, learn, and deliver high-quality services on time and within budget, making clients happy. We've dealt with issues of country origin, passports, residence permits, and travel restrictions, yet still delivered top-notch services.   It's about partnerships for a common goal—with colleagues, friends, and clients.   It's about life after work, staying human, and having fun. We promote a healthy lifestyle, sports and fitness, sustainable living, and reducing waste and consumption.   Let's keep going! Our mission: is to make every building on Earth digital while having fun, growing, and developing. Completing the 2024 TCS New York City Marathon was a test of endurance, focus, and strategy. It prompted me to reflect on how running parallels business demands, especially in the AEC industry. As the largest marathon ever, with over 55,000 runners supported by 2 million spectators and 10,000 volunteers, it embodied the spirit of teamwork and perseverance.    My takeaways:   ↳ Preparation is Everything   Success in a marathon and business requires thorough planning and consistent effort. You can't skip training and expect results, just as you can't cut corners on quality when delivering innovative projects.   ↳ Pacing Matters   Starting too fast can lead to burnout on the race course and in professional life. Knowing when to push and when to steady your pace ensures long-term success.   ↳ Resilience in the Face of Challenges   No race or project goes perfectly. Headwinds, steep hills, or unexpected hurdles are part of the journey. Staying adaptable and focused on the goal is crucial.   ↳ The Role of a Strong Team   While running may seem like a solitary effort, it's supported by a team—coaches, peers, and supporters.
