Snapshots of an amazing, inspiring, fascinating, thought-provoking Masters&Robots 2024, which I was proud to co-host for the 7th time, alongside Jowita Michalska, the founder of Digital University and organizer of the event. Congratulations to the DU team for producing a fantastic event year after year, bringing leading tech & 'future business' thinkers & leaders from around the world to Poland. With current and future business leaders in the audience, the cumulative value to the Polish business environment of exposure to these global thinkers is immeasurably important. I know it sounds like a cliche, but it’s absolutely true to say that I love being a part of the event not only because I get to listen to amazing speakers, but because of the people. From the very beginning the M&R team have all been so kind and friendly and patient and enthusiastic. I’m very grateful for that, and appreciate it hugely. Masters&Robots has kicked off at the amazing new Museum of Polish History. The US Ambassador Mark Brzezinski has given an inspiring intro, as has Sebastian Kulczyk of Kulczyk Holding S.A. and founder of InCredibles. Now Arash Aazami, founder of Unify.energy and Internet of Energy Architect, is talking about the future of energy. It’s maybe obvious once you think about it, but striking and shocking when you hear it - but humans are the only species that produces waste not considered food by other species. It’s an absolutely full house this morning - congratulations Digital University, the organizers - I’m very proud to co-host alongside Jowita Michalska, and feel very lucky to have a ringside seat to listen to some of the world’s foremost experts and disrupters. What did we learn about the future of the Polish real estate market at EXPO REAL (Messe München)? Quite a lot, as it turns out - watch our short video to find out. While it's not all roses quite yet, Poland's property sector again showed that it's resilient, resourceful, increasingly mature - and confident. The Poland Observer was once again active at Europe's largest commercial property event, organizing the official Polish conference, giving international investors an opportunity to assess the state of the market here. Back from EXPO REAL (Messe München) - it was our first time under the brand of Koda. Taxes | Accounting | Payroll, so we pretty much enjoyed that. Wrap-ups: ➡️ fruitful cooperation with Invest in Lodz (Central Poland) - thank you! - and a lovely stand just next to the fresh air ➡️moods much better than last 2 years, so optimistically looking down the line ➡️REITs in Poland - tongue-in-cheek, lots of expectations, lots of impatience of the market players, but also lots of hope they will be introduced very soon; I would also add - lots of education in front of us (Stowarzyszenie REIT Polska); ➡️growing interest in Polish assets, incl. regional cities, supported by a good macro-economy ➡️waiting for a drop in interest rates to see the next wave of the investors' rush Let's see what the future brings and see you next time! We return from EXPO REAL (Messe München) with a baggage full of new ideas and great emotions. This year, we had the pleasure of being a partner of the Berlin-Brandenburg stand. Our Team was represented by colleagues from Germany, Poland and the Czech Republic. Thank you all for visiting us! Zeitgeist also had the pleasure of participating in a conference organized by The Poland Observer, Richard Stephens. During the panel dedicated to 'Navigating Real Estate Evolution' Peter Noack, Noah Steinberg and Weronika Guerquin-Koryzma discussed the key challenges and opportunities for the Polish market in the coming years. The experts shared insights from the perspective of the office, retail, warehouse and PRS sectors. The timely topic and professional organization of the conference kept the room filled to the brim. Drugiego dnia tegorocznych targów EXPO REAL (Messe München) odbyła się konferencja "Poland at the Forefront - Navigating Real Estate Evolution" 🏢, zorganizowana przez Richard Stephens z The Poland Observer pod patronatem #Warszawy - Grow with Warsaw. Wysoka frekwencja kluczowych ekspertów rynku nieruchomości potwierdziła ważną pozycję Polski na europejskiej mapie inwestycyjnej 🌍 i wielkie zainteresowanie naszym krajem. Z kolei ciekawe dyskusje prelegentów udowodniły, jak dynamicznie rozwija się polski rynek nieruchomości, dostarczając cennych wniosków na temat przyszłych kierunków inwestycyjnych 📊. Maciej Fijalkowski, Sekretarz M. Warszawy ds. Rozwoju Gospodarczego i Funduszy Europejskich, zaprezentował m.in. projekty miejskie, takie jak Centralny Plac przez PKiN, rozbudowę sieci metra 🚇 oraz program ścieżek rowerowych 🚴♂️, obejmujący już blisko 800 km tras. Pierwsza część konferencji poświęcona była przyszłości rynku nieruchomości w #2025 roku. Noah Steinberg, Peter Noack oraz Weronika Guerquin-Koryzma dyskutowali o rozwoju sektorów: biurowego, handlowego, hotelowego 🏨 oraz mieszkaniowego, poruszając kwestię ekspansji inwestycyjnej oraz możliwości finansowania projektów w Polsce i Niemczech. Szczególne zainteresowanie wzbudził temat sektora PRS oraz akademików 🏡. Druga część koncentrowała się na pozycji Polski w globalnym łańcuchu dostaw i sektorze logistycznym 🚚. Kevin Mofid zaprezentował wyniki badań na temat rynku magazynowego i przemysłowego w Europie, podkreślając rosnącą rolę Polski jako kluczowego hubu logistycznego. Adam Pustelnik, Pierwszy Zastępca Prezydenta M. Łodzi, omówił możliwości logistyczne regionu. Pawel Malon poruszył temat wpływu cyfryzacji 💻 na polski sektor magazynowy, George #Coleman przedstawił perspektywy dotyczące inwestycji w logistykę, a Hadley Dean omawiał m.in. trendy w e-commerce oraz ich wpływ na rozwój rynku magazynowego. Podczas konferencji zwrócono również uwagę na znaczenie ESG 🌿 i zrównoważonego rozwoju w decyzjach inwestycyjnych. Paneliści podkreślili potrzebę dalszej rozbudowy infrastruktury oraz aktywnej polityki publicznej, aby zapewnić stabilny wzrost gospodarczy i wzmocnić pozycję Polski na arenie międzynarodowej. Malgorzata Kosinska poruszyła także temat REITów w Polsce, podkreślając ich rolę w zwiększeniu udziału krajowego kapitału w rynku nieruchomości. Cieszymy się, że jako agencja PR mieliśmy okazję wspierać organizację tego wydarzenia ✨.

Czas na małe podsumowanie udziału Invest in Lodz (Central Poland) w targach Expo Real 2024. W tym roku gościliśmy na naszym stoisku 5 wydarzeń, które cieszyły się dużym zainteresowaniem. W trakcie panelu o Reit'ach, którego Partnerem Medialnym był Eurobuild CEE, stoisko Łodzi stało się centrum gorącej dyskusji dotyczącej perspektyw na wprowadzenie tego narzędzia, pozwalającego na inwestowanie w nieruchomości detalicznym inwestorom, w Polsce. Dodatkowo głos Łodzi, dzięki udziałowi Adam Pustelnik w panelu moderowanym przez Richard Stephens z The Poland Observer został usłyszany przez międzynarodową publiczność, która zgromadziła się żeby posłuchać dyskusji na temat perspektyw rozwoju Polskiego Rynku Nieruchomości w 2025 r. Oczywiście w naszej agendzie nie zabrakło spotkań z inwestorami, którzy w tym roku bezsprzecznie wykazywali większy optymizm niż w roku ubiegłym, co bardzo cieszy i pozwala z nadzieją patrzeć w przyszłość. Co warte podkreślenia, w tym roku zauważalny jest znaczący wzrost frekwencji na targach, względem dwóch poprzednich lat. Pozwala to na stwierdzenie, że pojawiające się ostatnio teorie, gloszace że formula targów się wyczerpuje, nie mają odzwierciedlenia w rzeczywistości. W tym miejscu podsumowania czas na podziękowania. W pierwszej kolejności kieruje je do @realestateam (Agnieszka Jagielska Łukasz Gasik Aleksandra Jaskulska i Paulina Strzelecka ). Nie wiem czy macie świadomość, ale przygotowania do udziału Miasta w targach tak na prawdę zaczynają się już po ich zakończeniu Wymaga to dużego zaangażowania od całego Zespołu, żeby z roku na roku iść krok do przodu. Wielkie brawa dla Was - DZIĘKUJĘ! Dziękuję również naszym Partnerom, dzięki którym nasza obecność jest zaznaczona dużo mocniej, niż gdybyśmy byli tu bez Was.
