🎉 A Fantastic Evening at the Digital Health Incubator Demo Day! 🎉 It was great to see our CTO, Ansuya A., moderate the first-ever Digital Health Incubator Demo Day, hosted by Tenity and the digital health center bülach. The event brought together a group of visionary entrepreneurs who are pushing the boundaries of digital health. Startups like PhenomX Health, Menken Trials, AllesHealth, SwissDTx™, Adamcares AG, ViaCommuna, Elysia Solutions, e.rupt, and Juli Health showcased bold innovations ranging from AI-powered diagnostics to cutting-edge telemedicine platforms. The energy was high, and the ideas were inspiring! 🛠️ Key takeaways: - The business case needs to be clear right from the start. It’s the key to capturing attention. - Jury questions could have been more challenging to test the limits of the concepts. - A live demo can make even the most complex idea more tangible, especially in a pitch. - The audience award went to the most visionary and complex startup, though it’s clear that there are substantial hurdles to overcome in execution. At thirty3, we see massive potential in how AI can support the growth of these types of digital health innovations. As we continue to work with businesses on their AI-readiness, it’s clear that the healthcare sector is ripe for transformation. We are excited about the role AI can play in revolutionizing industries by making operations smarter, more efficient, and ultimately improving patient outcomes. Congratulations to all the winners: 🥇 Menken Trials for winning the PwC award! 🥈 e.rupt 🥉 Adamcares AG and🏅 AllesHealth for taking home the audience award. A big thank you to the organizers, startups, and attendees for an inspiring evening. We are looking forward to continuing the journey of innovation in digital health. 🚀 #DigitalHealth #HealthcareInnovation #Startups #AI #Tenity #DHC #PitchEvent #HealthTech #thirty3 #Innovation Matthias Herrmann Stefan Lienhard

As businesses navigate a rapidly changing digital landscape, two technologies are emerging as game changers: Generative AI and Applied AI. According to recent data from McKinsey & Company, 26% of companies are already scaling Generative AI, with another 20% in the piloting phase. Applied AI follows closely, with 24% scaling and 21% piloting. But the important thing is around 18% are still experimenting with the tech and 26% have not even started investing in the tech. While that might be a huge concern right now, it will change superfast if the companies do not keep up with the changing trends. These technologies aren’t just trends—they are reshaping how businesses operate. Generative AI is particularly impactful in areas like content creation, customer interactions, and design. By learning from large datasets, it can create human-like text, generate images, and even suggest new ideas, opening the door to innovation in fields from marketing to product development. It is also helpful, when integrated into the enterprise’s infrastructure, to extract useful information specific to domain knowledge and thereby creating specific knowledge systems for companies. We have implemented use cases such as internal knowledge systems, PDF summarisations, creating quizzes and assessments, etc. On the other hand, Applied AI helps companies optimize their day-to-day operations. By embedding AI into workflows, businesses can make smarter decisions faster—whether it's predictive maintenance in manufacturing, personalized recommendations in retail, or fraud detection in finance. For companies looking to stay competitive, the shift from experimentation to scaling these technologies is essential. Those that embrace Generative AI and Applied AI are not just automating processes; they are positioning themselves at the forefront of innovation, ready to capture new opportunities in a dynamic market. At thiryt3, we help organizations make that transition, ensuring the full potential of these technologies is realized—from initial piloting to scaling. As the data suggests, those who invest in AI today will lead the industries of tomorrow. Would you be interested in hearing how we can help you? Drop a DM! Source: https://shorturl.at/KLm86

🚀 Only 1 in 5 businesses feel they’ve tapped into the full potential of Generative AI (GenAI). A recent study from Roland Berger shows that just 20% of companies rate their GenAI maturity as “high.” The excitement is there, but roadblocks like limited expertise, integration challenges, high costs, data quality, and ethical concerns are holding many back. So, how can businesses move forward? Here are a few steps: 1. Start small: Launch pilot projects to demonstrate results. 2. Invest in talent: Upskill your team or hire specialists. 3. Data strategy: Focus on high-quality, relevant data. 4. Collaborate: Work with AI experts, vendors, and institutions for added support. At Thirty3, we’re here to guide you in overcoming these hurdles and boosting your GenAI maturity. Ready to get AI Ready? Did you know? 40% of companies use AI in product development, 35% in customer service, and 30% in marketing and sales. But what’s the real story behind these numbers? Let us take you on a quick journey through our latest survey of 65 companies. Imagine a bustling tech hub. AI is at the heart of it, driving innovation and making waves. Here's how the initial numbers are being used: 1/ Product Development: 40% of companies are using AI in their Product Development department. AI is supercharging ideas and making them reality faster than ever. 2/ Customer Service: 35% of companies use AI to improve their Customer Service. Chatbots, virtual assistants, and AI-driven insights are making customers feel heard, understood, and valued. 3/ Marketing & Sales: More than 30% of companies integrated AI in their Marketing and Sales funnel. From personalized ads to predicting what customers want before they do, AI is turning leads into loyal customers. But what makes all this possible? Let’s look at the tech under the hood: → Machine Learning: It’s the brain of AI, helping companies make sense of massive data piles and make better decisions. Approximately 60% of companies use ML to reach their goals. → Natural Language Processing: The heart of AI, making communication feel more human, whether it’s in chatbots or voice assistants. Around 50% of companies NLP to make their customer service and marketing & sales teams more efficient. However, there are roadblocks that no one talks about 🚧 Of course, every hero has a weakness. For AI, it’s ethics. 43% of companies lack ethical AI policies: That’s a huge number of organizations navigating the AI world without a moral compass. It's a ticking time bomb.💣 But the good news is companies are not standing still. Half of them are doubling down, scaling up their AI projects and diving into new ones. They know AI isn’t just a buzzword—it’s the future. So, what’s your next move? AI is reshaping the way we work, serve customers, and think. How will your organisation adapt, scale, and overcome the challenges? Let’s hear your thoughts below! 👇 #AI #Innovation #BusinessGrowth

The AI Wave is Transforming Software Development Teams Recent trends reveal that AI is not just a buzzword but a driving force in software development. Github surveyed 2,000 professionals across the U.S., Brazil, India, and Germany to understand how generative AI tools are reshaping the software development landscape. Here's what they found: 1/ AI Usage is Widespread: A striking 97% of respondents have used AI coding tools at work. This trend is consistent across all surveyed regions. 2/ Company Support Varies: While 88% of U.S. companies support AI tool usage, only 59% of companies in Germany do. This gap highlights a missed opportunity for better AI adoption and support. 3/ Boost in Productivity: AI isn't about replacing jobs—it's about enhancing productivity. Developers reported using the time saved by AI to innovate, collaborate, and better meet customer needs. However, individual AI usage alone isn't enough. To truly unlock AI's potential, organizations must operationalize AI across the entire software development lifecycle. This will foster greater collaboration, creativity, and modernization. What Does This Mean for Your Business? Unlocking AI’s Potential: The varied support for AI tools across regions shows that there’s a significant opportunity for companies to better leverage these technologies. At thirty3, we help midsize companies bridge this gap, ensuring they’re not just keeping up but leading the way. Empowering Innovation: AI frees up your teams to focus on what truly matters—creativity and innovation. With our expertise in generative AI, computer vision, and IoT solutions, we’re helping companies across finance, energy, and healthcare to harness the full power of AI. As the AI wave continues to transform software development, thirty3 is here to guide you through this journey, ensuring your business remains at the forefront of innovation. 👉Are you seeing similar trends in your teams?
