Personally, it was so rewarding to share the stage with experts Victoria Hunt, John Mackenney and Peter Perla, and tap into their vast experience on why and how to approach Australia's diversity, shaping impactful digital content strategies, and designing inclusive customer experience programs that deliver social and commercial benefits.
