Today, we’re hosting a Mental Health Day to emphasise the importance of mental health in our workplace and to share valuable insights. Our day began with a Rise & Shine yoga session this morning, setting the tone for the day which continues with a variety of activities: a Mental Health Run, a Book Club discussion, and a panel discussion. Here’s a closer look at what’s planned: 🎤 Panel Discussion In this session, Miriam, our Chief People Officer, will lead a discussion on why high performance and mental health are not mutually exclusive, but actually deeply interconnected. Together with some of our leaders, she will explore how fostering a high-performance culture requires an environment where well-being is prioritised alongside ambitious goals. 📚 Book Club Session We’re excited to welcome Dr. Eva Elisa Schneider, author of Mental Health Matters, for a discussion with Miriam on leadership’s role in fostering a healthy workplace culture, covering topics like psychological safety and much more. 📣 Our Q3 2024 #FinancialResults are out Today, we at #Westwing published our Q3 2024 financial results. We continued to grow in a declining market and are in the midst of a transformation to unlock Westwing’s full value potential. We've reached further important milestones by migrating four additional countries to our new technology platform and by switching to a mostly global and more premium product assortment. What else happened in Q3? We’re thrilled with our latest brand campaign, which included billboards across major German cities, showcasing some of Westwing Collection’s iconic products. Alongside this, we continued to strengthen our premium brand positioning by welcoming new design brand partners such as GUBI and collaborating with the renowned porcelain manufacturer MEISSEN on an exclusive collection. Brewed to Perfection: Aarke Pop-Up now live at our Hamburg Store! ☕ Yesterday, we launched the Aarke Pop-Up at our Westwing Store in Hamburg, celebrating the #debut of their new Coffee System, combining cutting-edge technology with minimalist Scandinavian design, making it a must-have for coffee lovers and #DesignLovers alike. To mark this special occasion, we hosted an #event for our customers and brand ambassadors, who got the first look (and taste!) of this beautifully designed coffee system.
