Workplace: Remote,

1. Ability to prepare scenarios, candidates’ selection, carrying out interviews and remote tests, preparing end reports

2. UX research– Ability to conduct In-depth interviews (IDIs), surveys, usability testing and usability evaluation methiods

3. Basic knowledge of UCD process and HCI issues

4. Basic knowledge of UX metrics (e.g.SUS)

5. English on communicative level (B2/C1)

6. Good practical knowledge of Google Analytics and similar analytical tools

7. Good understanding of the strengths and weakness of different research methods, including when and how to apply them during each product phase

8.Good practical knowledge of tools supporting remote interviews with the users

9.Comfort with agile approach and a lean design process

10. Good practical knowledge of quantitative methods in UX research

11. Good practical knowledge of UX metrics

12. Good practical knowledge of planning research activities within budget, timeline and project requirements

13. Ability to clearly, concisely and persuasively communicate research findings

14. Very good listening skills

15. Work closely with product teams to identify important research questions

16. Basic knowledge of ResearchOps.

17. Basic knowledge of UX writing.

18. Ability to provide iguidance to fellow researchers

19. Ability to advocate research findings to diverse audiences through written reports and in-person presentations.

20. Ability to work cross-functionally with product managers, developers, business analysts and other roles.

21. Very good (practical) knowledge of technics how to run and moderate workshop.

22. Ability lead the UX team (organize & coordinate work).

23. Ability to support the team in scope of UCD process implementation in organization, creating standards & strategy for UX.
