Can I apply if I don't have a business license?
No, a business license is required to open an account with us.
I don't have a physical store. Can I still apply?
Yes, we accept applications from online retailers. However, an active website is required, and your account may be subject to additional requirements. We do not accept applications from Amazon, Facebook, eBay resellers and other related businesses.
What is your minimum order quantity?
We do not have a minimum order quantity. However, online store accounts may be considered inactive and become eligible for closure if orders fall below $500 for consecutive months.
Do you offer free shipping?
No, we do not offer free shipping.
Do I need a credit card?
A credit card on file is required to open your account.
Do you accept other payment methods?
Yes, however a credit card is required to complete the application process. We also accept wire transfers and e-transfers.
Do you offer payment terms?
No, we do not offer payment terms. All orders must be paid prior to shipping.
