The favorites section is infuriating. Can't save after changing the name without changing something else, I do that, then it wants to create a new favorite. I finally figure it out so I can rename my favorite and then get an error trying to run it. Also, showing all favorites for both my Roombas makes no sense, I have one for each floor, they cannot ever use the same settings/map.

Worse product ever!! Have had it less than one year. Won't stay connected to wifi. Can't finish a job without 'breaking'. App is not user friendly. Product can't finish a job and I have reached out to customer service multiple times. They are unhelpful and blame my wifi connection or tell me to purchase a new one. I just bought it less than a year ago had troubles at least than 6 months and again. Will not ever purchase this product again. Constant error messages about jobs.

I've had roomba for a couple years. the vacuums have their issues but the iRobot Home app for the Roomba is AWFUL. After their recent push, both of my Roombas lost connection to their cloud, one is still not connecting. The worst part of the app is following the steps to troubleshoot, and not getting resolution. for example, the Roomba that is still without connection, when I factory reset it and re-connect, is still pulling up the old information in app (prior to reset). It won't save. BAD
