The crashing is really getting old. Freezes during loading screens, frequently crashes and restarts, come on. It's been long enough. Server disconnects in the middle of playing, etc. Also, for Raids, there should be an option to connect with players from other Guilds looking for a match. Often times you may be the only one in your clan online and can't participate.

Playing since beta. This game is fun to play, you recognize all minis from the warcraft history which is quite fun to play with. Challenges are hard and can keep busy for a while. Minor events occur regularly, while molten core once per month is the highlight. Currently, single player campaign norm or hc will give no rewards upon being replayed, which suggest a lack of repeatable endgame content. The only option is pvp. Pvp comes with only one mode, but rotating modifications.

This game was fun, but it's gotten steadily worse as I've played it. The gameplay is great, but that's only if you can get the app to load, it doesn't crash, it doesn't lock you out of raids/quests/ etc. Customer service isn't helpful and just mostly pretends to answer your questions without offering any solutions. It's also shifted to pay to win.
