No trouble shooting support at all. Gives a bit, "my router light is solid white" No other options. If you look closely there is a circle ?. Click that, no troubleshooting, just reboot it. If that doesn't work reset it. Maybe it should ask me what might light is doing, slow pusling white and then eventually off. They should be able to tell me what that means. Instead they just say "reboot it, then reset it"

Truly terrible app. Netgear remove paid features without notice and then months later bring them back. Status of connected devices is not always accurate leaving some devices unable to connect. Support is for a very limited time and expired before they started messing about with functions. Update: they have stopped supporting key features like parental controls on Android or the web control panel entirely. But they have no prob continuing to charge android users for it.

The app needs a couple of improvements. First, the device list connection time update needs to work faster and get precise information about which satellite is connected. Second, the feature to control de transmit power individually. Third, the app can copy features from ubiquity such as wifiman app that states the signal connection. Edit: the update was only for the logo, poor update of the devices connection to satellite.
