I'm here to report an issue. Google assistant's hum to search music feature is bugged for me. Everytime I opened the feature, it says "can't reach google at the moment" I've tried everything. Cleared caches and all data, reseted my phone, reinstalled the app, checked updates, nothing works. Until then, I could not use this feature, which have been really useful to me for the past decades finding songs. Please fix it 🙏🙏

It would be perfect if I didn't have to continue to change the settings back after every frickin update. I setup the assistant to be used on locked screens. Then after an update I have to go back and fix it. Otherwise it asks me to unlock my phone first. Which is super convenient while I'm driving my car!! The second issue is when I use TTT I have to push the microphone button at least twice to get it to stay on so I can use. Talk to text. A bit annoying. Please for the love fix this!!!

Hi Stephen. You can't unlock your device with your voice, but you can use your Assistant while your device is locked. To do this, tap "Device Settings", then turn on "Hey Google" and "Lock screen personal results". I would give zero Stars if I could. App is completely worthless. I used to use it all the time to make calls, pull up directions by voice commands, set reminders, etc. None of that works now. When I pull up Google assistant and try to do any voice commands it just doesn't do anything. I believe this is intentional because it keeps prompting me to switch to Google Gemini, I think that is replacing Google assistant. It's so frustrating because it used to work so well
