I have an issue where subtitles just don't appear when I have them enabled, I tried clearing the cache, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and it didn't seem to fix it, I would give this a 5 star rating If it weren't for the broken subtitles. I still like the app overall, and the selection of anime is great even though I have to pay to watch the majority of them.

Lots of content and plenty for everyone. However, apparently isn't compatible with certain devices for some reason. Every time I download the app on my phone and try to use it my phone freezes up and tells me the system UI isn't working then I spend the next 5-10 minutes trying to get my phone to work again. There's also some lagging issues when using the app on the PS4, however can't figure out why.

OFFLINE VIEWING DOESN'T WORK!!! Would love this app. Except I work where theres not much for intenet options, offline is the only way I get to watch my shows, and it constantly glitches. They are downloaded to my phone, they will play at first. And like clockwork, after a couple days I get an error message and it won't play. I don't understand how this happens without internet. I've never had issues downloading from any other site. I've got 100 episodes using storage space and i can't watch one.
