I bought the sprocket select because of the advertised AR reveal function. But now I realized that feature was removed?! Feeling scammed and misled. I bought it to create an interactive gift but now the plan is ruined and has to be rethinked... Please bring the feature back. Also the app cant load my gallery properly... It never stops loading after the first page and also when I try to browse other albums

This app used to be really good. Fast a processing, delivering and printing. Now, it's laggy and takes a looong time to just load the photos. I've tried reinstalling, but that didn't help significantly. The sprocket I own is a Sprocket 200 so it's relatively new. I hope this gets sorted soon, coz I've got photos I want to print

Used to be awesome...but where did all the stickers go? There used to be options for every holiday plus alot of others...now there are only 3 :( sports which I never use, get well that while it can be good isn't good for fun photos and a handful of flowers, which again isn't always appropriate...please give us the stickers back! Update: Thank you for the quick response from the team...stickers still come and go but im thankful to know they are not gone completely :) updates rating from 3 to 5..
