Provides a lot of information, not all of it correct and not all presented in a timely fashion. Indeed, using my router interface I get more accurate information, presented in a timely manner. Additionally I do not like the way that users seem to be being profiled: at one stage ads were presented, and although those have now stopped, there seems to be a massive information gathering exercise underway with this app and its associated hardware gizmo.

Thank you for your feedback. Fing App is free to use and we want to keep it that way. We've recently started to show ads for select products and services that may help our users to improve their internet experience. Ads are already removed for Fingbox users on our new update.

was original a outstanding tool and app, then they start modernize it with some 'fancy' new UI designers hired that was getting worst with every release, oversized babyfied buttons, useless animation (and a lot) waste of screenspace, confusing new oversized UI, removing existing core functionality, rookie mistakes (not saving settings your but showing a confirmation) and of course we are in 2022 pay for your old free functionality in a monthly subscription, case example what can go wrong

Descended into greed. Was once a great and useful app. Now they will only let you use it if you subscribe -- which is extra stupid since it is a LAN app, not an online service. It's only a matter of time before someone develops a replacement app and offers it for free. Then Fing will die and fade away. That's what they get for trying to squeeze money out of users
