Works great for getting an idea of internet performance. Downdetector is nice, but only allowing users to have three favorites is annoying. There are so many frequently used applications that may need checked at any given time, and being able to have more than three of them easily accessible at the top would be more convenient.

Great service that I've used for years and love. highly recommended if you want or need to check connection speed. flexible test servers allow you to choose how far or close to test your connection speed and ping against. convenient log feature shows previous tests and connection type for each test as well as server. handy VPN service available in the app!! A+++++

This app has reached insane levels of polish and optimization. Well done Ookla. Keep improving the coverage map, it needs 4G/3G/2G coverage maps and a little more in-depth info. EDIT: This app has taken a full turn and is absolute garbage now. Stop advertising me other tests, stop asking me about rating the network during a test that hasn't even started, stop nagging me about anything at any time and put the actually useful app functionality in the nav bar instead of using it for advertisement.
