The Pixel Buds have never been working properly since the Day 1 I bought it. My phone is Pixel 5 and the buds' firmware is up to date. Bluetooth signal drops sometimes. Touch Control is totally unusable as it pause, skip tracks, hang up calls constantly by itself. I have no option but to turn this function off all the time. I contacted the Customer Service but got no response.

I don't understand how I'm supposed to find the app for deeper settings. It's available on my tablet, but on my phone it just isn't there. I used to be able to open the deeper menu via search on the Play Store and booting from there but now I just go to my Bluetooth settings. I've tried the cache clearing, uninstalling, nothing works. So they're good headphones but at least on my phone I can't change a single of the setting or even run the active noise cancellation test again, which I need.

First time user. - Burried app access... missing controls or features, and poor device tracking capabilities when locating in common location. There are some good features, but they are overshadowed by poor implementation and accessibility. - Found the conversation detection setting under "Sound"... Wasn't obvious... This setting is very situational and needs to be better or the toggle readily available.
