I bought the sprocket select because of the advertised AR reveal function. But now I realized that feature was removed?! Feeling scammed and misled. I bought it to create an interactive gift but now the plan is ruined and has to be rethinked... Please bring the feature back. Also the app cant load my gallery properly... It never stops loading after the first page and also when I try to browse other albums

This app used to be really good. Fast a processing, delivering and printing. Now, it's laggy and takes a looong time to just load the photos. I've tried reinstalling, but that didn't help significantly. The sprocket I own is a Sprocket 200 so it's relatively new. I hope this gets sorted soon, coz I've got photos I want to print

Have been using the Sprocket for aome time now. I bought it because lot of people used it for bullet jounaling, but I am bit disappointed. After printing, the photo sometimes doesn't get deleted from the memory. Since the paper is so expensive, I consider this rather a big problem. Also for some reason, suddenly all my printed fotos have a white line at the top. No matter how I try to adjust it, it's there and it doesn't show on the preview. So I need to cut it off, another wastage...
