Using a Samsung - have regular connection issues. I do not recommend this product / this app. Regularly spending my commuting time trying to make it work; how do you feel losing 30 minutes because for unknown reasons, your earbuds decided not to connect? I love Bose but maybe it is time to look for something that works better.

Initially, I'd give this a 1 star because I was infuriated that the Soundbar 600 simply wouldn't stay connected. I couldn't understand why, until I decided to try again with my phone's VPN turned off... and it WORKED LIKE A CHARM. Bose needs to update their support docs to add this as a test for users who can't connect to their devices. I now simply added the Bose app to the split connection list in my VPN app, and it's works fine!!! Whew!

TRASH. Won't detect a connection to product. Tried to explore what this app can do only to find out it does nothing since it refuses to connect. Absolutely no idea how it can detect the headphones, prompted the phone to pair & connect successfully with no problem at all, while the app itself failed to connect ... say what? "Connection failed, please try again." Fine, try again, with the phone and headphones ALREADY connected, prompt says "Get Ready to Connect" ... frustration is connected.
