I have had this Q Grant Gen. 2 Watch since 2018. The most valuable part of this watch is still the ease of battery change by user, VIBE, the length of total usable time per battery and the BT AUTO connect. the Sleep monitor has greatly improved at the last update in July 2019, even though the color was lost in the update. July 2021. Still wearing this over a full smartwatch with led display. But it's 2 buttons, at 2 and 3 cannot be pressed anymore, but still works. The crystal is also foggy.

Thank you for your review. We apologize for the confusion regarding sleep tracking. Currently, the watch tracks awake, light sleep, and restful sleep during the night hours. You can see your sleep progression by going into the sleep portion of the App and tapping on the ring. Please email us at q@fossil.com if you have any questions.

I dislike that I have to manually, every single day, sync this app and my watch. Couldnt come up with an auto sync?? If I don't do it daily myself, after a few days I'll get a notification that tellong me it's been a few days since last synced. Then it takes forever to sync up and sometimes I have to try multiple times to sync up. It's and easy button, you just pull down and release. So again, why do I have so many issues with this? Fix your app! And yes it's updated and I have even uninstalled

App is absolute garbage. It will not load previous information from your sleep patterns. Honestly, if you want something that works. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. It works for a short time, and then it will never work again. Customer service is useless, as they have no idea why it does not display previous information. Uninstalling and reinstalling is only a temporary fix.
