I always use Maps and it usually works just fine, but with the new updates, it's removed my Spotify entirely and when I go to settings with the Night color scheme, the text is unreadable. When I roll back the updates, Spotify works like normal, but trying to get it to work with the jew version is impossible, despite following advice on how to fix it. Edited to add that now it won't switch back to the voice I use for my assistant, instead using the generic default voice.

Hi Jacqueline. Let's try these steps: Settings > Navigation settings > Assistant default media provider > Select/Link Spotify music player. If that doesn't help, please create a post in our Google Maps forum so that our community of product experts can assist you goo.gle/3vosTcH. Hope this helps.

Google maps worked fine until the changes to timeline. Now I'm missing a bunch of my timeline history, and I can't find any useful way to fix my timeline, so it actually works and saves to my history. Also, each update changes settings I've disabled like turning on DND. This used to be at least a 3 or 4 star app. Now it's not saving history, changes settings, and is a royal pain.

I have just found and verified that Google Maps has changed our provincial parks here in Canada to say "State Park". We are not the US. Edit: It looks like Google is correcting the labeling back to just Park, which is the right thing to do. Overall, Google maps is very useful and accurate. I would prefer to keep using it as long as they are not actively mislabeling things and respecting other countries sovereignty.
