The Pixel Buds have never been working properly since the Day 1 I bought it. My phone is Pixel 5 and the buds' firmware is up to date. Bluetooth signal drops sometimes. Touch Control is totally unusable as it pause, skip tracks, hang up calls constantly by itself. I have no option but to turn this function off all the time. I contacted the Customer Service but got no response.

I like the functionality of the ear buds in general, lightweight and the quality is great for what I need. BUT I need Google to bring back the standalone app. It seems like it's a small thing but it's not, it's actually very inconvenient and frustrating. Please also bring back the amount of charging case battery along with showing the info in the notification bar. I'm not the only one here asking this which begs the question: why, Google?

It is very helpful, but one thing I find annoying, is that if I want noise cancellation, I have to use voice activation, or manually through the app, even when I switch the commands, it doesn't work. I'm fine with it, it's just tedious to do all the time, if you could fix this, I have no doubt that I would put this app at 5 stars, though just one doesn't really make a difference
