I bought the sprocket select because of the advertised AR reveal function. But now I realized that feature was removed?! Feeling scammed and misled. I bought it to create an interactive gift but now the plan is ruined and has to be rethinked... Please bring the feature back. Also the app cant load my gallery properly... It never stops loading after the first page and also when I try to browse other albums

Easy to set up. Standard print works but the collage feature does not. I have reinstalled the software multiple times, restarted phone, etc. After choosing 4 images and collage setting, then print - the app brings me back to photo gallery and tells me the app has stopped. This only happens when trying to print collage mode. Cannot find a fix or any type of customer service.

We got a new update and the app no longer prints. It's synced to my sprocket. Loads my pictures. Lets me make a collage but when i go to print it freezes and then goes back to the main screen to pick pictures. Sometimes the app will crash and tell me to clear cached. Did that and it crashed again and told me to contact the developers. Did so twice, didn't even get a bounce back email to tell me the complaint was at least received. When will this be fixed?
