I think this is probably the best Mastodon app for Android, and works well with GoToSocial. However, the image viewer is very poor because it doesn't seem to render the full resolution image, resulting in fuzziness if you zoom in. This seems like a trivial fix to me, so it's weird given that the rest of the app is so good. I can't find a way to save a search and then quickly switch to a timeline with the search results.

The worst mobile app for Mastodon, it barely functions correctly, notifications bugged when trying to fetch data so it will leave a permanent notification in your notification bar that can't be dismissed and drain your battery for as long as the application runs in the background until you kill it in the task manager. App is very slow and buggy overall. Constant "Connection Error" messages because it fails to grab data when there's an active connection to the network. DO NOT USE - AVOID USING!

Image scaling is very poor in the main timeline, often leaving blobby messes. I really wish I could easily search through the people I follow and my followers with this app. Weirdly, I can type a user handle into a new post and sometimes find people that way, but that's very cumbersome. There isn't a way to require alt text before posting images, so you'll likely get nagged by other users to add that. The app is also very poor about consolidating notifications, cumbersome with popular posts
