I recently purchased Buds3 Pro. They connect to my phone but not the Wearable App. Even after disabling bluetooth from my phone, restarting my phone, uninstalling and reinstalling the Wearable App and resetting the earbuds. My phone has access to wifi and still nothing also, there aren't any updates. I can control my music through the earbuds while they're paired to my phone but I cannot use the app which is a bit disappointing. I don't understand why I can't use the app.

Been having issues with connecting phone to my Samsung watch. Bluetooth on my phone says it's connected to my watch but the wear app says the watch is not connected. And, I'm not able to use any feature on the watch that requires connection. Also, any time a Mode or Routine changes, my watch disconnects for some reason. Seems like a bug. For example, if I end an exercise, the exercise Mode ends and shortly after, my watch and phone disconnect. Please fix! Normally it's a great app!

Setting up a Watch 7 is impossible. Restarting, reínstalling, logging in or without account, NOTHING EVER WORKS?! I have a non- Samsung phone, and it is not possible. I tried everything, so don't come with "restarting/clear cache/reinstall" and that sort of s**t. By far the worst Samsung experience i have ever had, and a good reminder why i should never use any of your products ever again. Thank god i got the watch for free, and even then it is still not worth it.
