[Edit] Ida's Dream and the final level of The Forgotten Shores flipped my brain inside out! Brilliant level designs with purposeful little puzzles that eventually build into the ultimate one. Extraordinary effort put into level designs, balance between aesthetics and gameplay, progressive build-ups from the start to the end of the chapter, wow! This game is one of those things that make me feel grateful that human still exists. [/Edit] The new 8 chapters introduced new mechanics. That's some effort worthy of the dollars. And that they deserve the money not only because of the great graphics, mechanics, level and sound design, but also because it's ad-free. A banner or pop-up ad simply destroys the artistic completeness.

It's not just a game. It's art. The escheresque visuals are absolutely beautiful. The game is not hard, occasionally challenging but never frustratingly difficult. I find it pleasing to look at and very relaxing especially with the calming background music. The game play is a mix of Rubik's cube and Escher-like geometry. The actual story stays pleasently vague and mythical. The game is reasonably short with interesting variations. Not a waste of time but quite worth it.

Got this through Play Pass. This game is something very special. It's magical, gorgeous, delightful, incredible. It's as if made by Escher with its mind bending spatial puzzles. It manages to convey so much emotion in such simple visual language. It's a short game, perhaps 1.5 hrs to complete for me. Most puzzles felt fairly intuitive to me. So expect to get your money's from something other than playtime. Still, it's easily the best mobile game I've ever played.
