I just discovered this podcast and listening to your conversations feels like a safe, comfy living room where the dark things of the world can be examined. Which is apparently exactly what I needed.

I really appreciate this program. Matt has introduced me to so many excellent topics and thinkers that I am now keeping up with. I finally joined in the fun on Patreon today and it’s nothing but more perfect ideas and conversation.

It’s an always thoughtful, engaging discussion at the intersection of culture, politics, queerness, health science, and what happens on the internet. Great guests every time.

I was turned onto this show by a friend of mine as a way to become more informed on issues affecting the LGBTQ community and I have thoroughly enjoyed it. As a straight, white man, this show does a great job of explaining things to folks like me who don’t understand how awful people are attacking our friends and peers. Highly recommend and also would say you should check out the patreon as well.
