We are proud to be breaking ground on the Orthopedics & Sports Medicine Institute renovation and expansion for Ochsner Lafayette General! This state-of-the-art 31,200 square feet facility, will feature advanced sports medicine and orthopedic services, enhancing care for athletes at all levels.
We've officially broken ground on the future site of the Ochsner Lafayette General Orthopedics & Sports Medicine Institute! This marks the beginning of an exciting journey toward enhancing orthopedic care and sports medicine in our community. The new institute will equip athletes at every level with cutting-edge technology, focusing on injury prevention, recovery and performance enhancement. Brian E. Etier, MD, co-medical director for Ochsner Lafayette General Sports Medicine, said, "By expanding our capacity and upgrading technology, we are setting a new standard for sports medicine in Acadiana. Our focus on injury prevention and rehabilitation ensures athletes—from high school players to retirees—receive the care they need to perform at their best, on and off the field. We recently celebrated a significant milestone with DeSoto Regional Health System in Mansfield, Louisiana, as we broke ground on a monumental project. This development includes a 57,000-square-foot hospital and a 40,000-square-foot medical office building, which will house a Rural Health Clinic, Hospital Administration, Cancer Services, Specialty Clinic Space, and Sleep Study Services. Once completed, these new facilities will modernize healthcare delivery and expand the capacity to serve the residents of DeSoto Parish, marking a transformative step forward for the community. #1LEMOINE

LEMOINE Program Services is thrilled to work with the University of Alabama at Birmingham on the new UAB Biomedical Research Facility & Psychology Building. This 225,000 SF state-of-the-art research facility is set to transform the campus. Before being awarded this 30-month program management contract, our team provided preconstruction services, including project budgeting, to support the design development. We're proud to continue our collaboration with UAB on this exciting project!
