Today, we are pleased to share the significant progress made during the third module, focused on Impactful Communication. In this module, our leaders explored key topics such as the impact of communication in leadership roles, the importance of verbal and non-verbal communication for establishing credibility, the development of assertive communication to effectively influence others, and the use of Neuro-linguistic programming to build trust and commitment. These essential skills enable them to lead their teams and tackle daily challenges with confidence. Each session reinforces our commitment to both personal and professional growth. It is inspiring to witness how our leaders are evolving, becoming more effective communicators capable of driving their teams towards success. At 3A Press, we firmly believe that strong leadership starts with clear, assertive, and results-driven communication. I'm deeply honored to have been invited by J&J to the 2024 Billion Dollar Roundtable (BDR) Summit, held on the Silicon Valley campuses of BDR members Google and Meta this past August 21-22. This two-day summit was a powerful demonstration of how innovation, driven by inclusion, can lead to impactful commercial and community outcomes on a global scale. I was profoundly impressed by the strides the world’s leading companies have made in fostering diversity within their supply chains. The unwavering commitment of BDR members to supporting minority, women, and LGBTQ-owned businesses is truly inspiring. The impact they are having on companies like 3A Press is remarkable! The BDR members work collaboratively to advance supplier diversity by sharing knowledge, strategies, and experiences, fostering the growth of diverse businesses across various industries. This organization is instrumental in promoting economic inclusion and equality by encouraging large corporations to engage with and support diverse suppliers. I am proud to acknowledge our customers, J&J (represented by CPO Brian Smith and Charlene Vickers) , BMS (represented by Rondu Vincent- Global Procurement and Supplier Diversity Executive), and Medtronic (represented by CPO John Klein, Gladys Camacho - Senior Director Category Management and Aron Khoury - Director Supplier Diversity), for their active roles in the BDR. A special congratulations to Medtronic on their recent induction! It was a privilege to share this incredible experience with all of you.
