«I have been with BMA for 3 years - I joined in January 2020 as HRBP for the banking and finance accounts. Then in July 2020, I had one of the largest accounts in Costa Rica - with 200 people and at the end of that year we were 280 people for the same account. I went out of my comfort zone as I went from recruiting, performance case management, and personnel management at the HR level to managing a team at the production level, with performance metrics, day, and night shifts. «I began my professional career in BMA Group in June 2022. I started working in BMA Group as a Business Development Specialist supporting our Commercial team with market research for different industries. I began working closely with our EVP, Franco Mondo, and developed a genuine interest in commercial work. Our EVP took me under his wing and has given me space to grow and develop professionally. In January 2023, I was promoted to Commercial Executive. I am currently diversifying the Central America and Caribbean markets while supporting our Commercial team in the North America region. It has truly been a privilege to work in BMA Group and acquire knowledge about international business throughout the world. I never imagined building relationships with people across the globe and learning so much about B2B alliances.
