Who are we looking for?

We’re on the lookout for a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager. You will focus on the operational management of marketing projects and teams, driving performance through effective project coordination and an understanding of digital marketing dynamics.

What will you do?

• Marketing Project Management
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing projects, ensuring they align with business goals and timelines.
• Coordinate with various team members, including but not limited to media buyers, creatives, and copywriters, to ensure seamless execution of marketing projects.
• Performance Analysis
• Understand key performance drivers in digital marketing, including traffic sources, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
• Work with data analyst to gather and interpret performance data, identifying trends and insights to inform future strategies.
• Funnel and Acquisition Management:
• Ensure that assigned funnel components, from landing pages to email sequences, are effectively integrated and performing optimally.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of customer acquisition strategies, making adjustments as necessary to improve results.
• Operational Excellence:
• Implement best practices in project management and marketing operations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, tools, and workflows within the marketing department.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.

Requirements:

• Puerto Rico - based or willing to relocate (Remote set-up with a potential of in - person meetings but not regularly scheduled)
• At least 8 years experience in the health & wellness ecommerce direct to consumer market industry
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience in international traffic (selling to consumers outside of the US especially Europe) is ideal
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proven experience in project management within a marketing or eCommerce environment.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and customer acquisition funnels.
