Interacting with team members is fundamental. The better we get to know each other, the better we will work together. Being remote is not an obstacle for this. Personal or work confidential data can always slip into a conversation. It may be relevant towards the common goal. It may have been provided intentionally or by accident. In any case, the information should be processed and used as intended on the spot. Then forgotten. That easy. If the other party wishes to discuss in a future occasion, it should be brought up again by said party.

For any new or existing team trust is must. Without that trust I don't get any company or personal information from any individuals. For that reason I always spent time with my team and find out of those whom I can get good confidential info of organization. So in comfort zone wise I always open my area for my team and sometimes I will get in their zone by smoking, or Adda or corporate night or any CSR issues. Always try to make relationship after work time find out their INS and outs of both professional and personal life so that they become more comfortable to share any confidential things
