History taught this time and again. Kodak went out of business since they did not embrace digital camera. Nokia failed because they did not embrace the touch phone. 𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣 𝟮: Now let them speak and actively listen to their concerns. Is it regarding fear of loosing control or job, is it regarding transparency issue ? is it regarding trust ? 𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣 𝟯: Next step is to address the concern and give the confidence that those concerns will be taken care of. For e.,g Transparency can be improved by making AI cite the source for decision.
