I would have a judgement free, open and honest discussion with the team. Let’s find out what the obstacles and pain points are, and brainstorm as a team for resolutions. I feel that we tend to each feel that either we are not keeping up, or someone else on the team isn’t. This allows us all to better appreciate what the other team member is up against, and possibly step up and help. Then both parties are happy. One is moving ahead because the other is helping to push. Thereby reinforcing team values.

Short term Setbacks & roadblocks make you stronger when you be patient and be focused. The satisfaction you get when you get over it, is unimaginable. It’s like the days you “fast” or “starve” knowing that the there is a “feast” waiting ahead for sure in the long run. “Never Give up” supporting team members during short term set backs will make them roar back to life very soon.
