Then I follow up via phone or video call to confirm that the person has understood the task and is clear about what is expected and when it is expected, This gives them an opportunity to clarify if they have not understood any of the asks and gives me an opportunity to emphasise the importance of the task. Periodic follow up and guidance is always needed, specially in the remote set up doing this ensures the task is delivered with the expected quality and within the stipulated timeline
