A couple of weeks ago, we gathered for our Autumnal All Hands meeting - a day focused on team alignment, strategic planning, and plenty of fun, filled with progress and exciting moments. This time, we headed to Quinta de Sant'Ana do Gradil, a picturesque vineyard estate surrounded by rolling hills and lush greenery, to bring the team together. We kicked off the day with a reflection on all the progress we made in the last quarter. We then looked ahead at the exciting projects on the horizon as we close out the year. After a buffet lunch, it was time for some team-building - an improvisation workshop that had us all thinking on our feet and sharing a lot of laughs, aimed at improving our adaptability and creativity. To wrap things up, we enjoyed a quick glass of wine and then headed back to Lisbon for dinner and drinks, soaking in some great views over the river Tejo, with the city lights reflecting beautifully off the water, creating a memorable atmosphere. It’s always a pleasure to reconnect, reflect, and recharge together as a team. Already looking forward to the next one!
