Analyzing customer feedback will never be the same. In the past, companies needed humans going through each individual customer review in a huge excel to extract half-baked insights from it. Now, AI-powered solutions have a fine-grained understanding of text and analyze hundreds of thousands of reviews in minutes, enabling deep insights at a massive scale. To showcase exactly this, we decided to share three different analysis for Millennium bcp, Vodafone and Auchan Retail using reviews from Portal da Queixa by Consumers Trust. Announcing our fully redesigned website, featuring a deeper dive into our solutions. After several months into our market launch, we've gained a clear insight into the solutions that have been delivering the most value to our clients. This led to a full revamp of our website to better reflect these offerings: - Workflow Automations: automating repetitive tasks. Example: automating all financial operations of a company including records management, invoicing, and payment processes. - AI Agent Development: human-level chat or voice agents that answer any question. Example: a chat that helps your sales team have all answers they need about the products the sell. - Content Creation: automating the creation of repetitive documents. Example: creating job descriptions, training materials and FAQs at scale and in 10x less time. - Document Processing: extracting and organizing data at scale from PDFs and similar documents. Our comprehensive 2024 Portuguese Elections Report is here – a pioneering analysis designed to bring clarity to the role social media plays in the electoral process. Dive into the full report in the comment section below. Following our joint-product with CNN, where we analysed the sentiment of more than 75k social media interactions related to the 2024 elections, we decided to gather and build a report with multiple unreleased key insights that we uncovered during our analysis. We believe this to be a crucial effort to understand the massive, untapped role social media platforms play in political processes. As such, our report unpacks answers to questions such as: - what were the most relevant topics during the political campaign? - are the parties that invest the most on social media the ones with the most support? - which were the most discussed parties, and how positive were users when talking about them? And finishes off by going over how the future inevitably will extend these capabilities to any entity wanting to make sense of the increasingly complex social media realm, be it across politics, business, sports, media, etc. The future is here.

I'm excited to share my role as the lead backend developer of the "Pulsómetro" project, a collaboration between Augusta Labs & CNN Portugal for the now "almost closed" 2024 Portuguese legislative elections. With more than 75k text-based social media interactions collected, we provided an insightful view into the manifested opinions of the Portuguese people, first on the debates between party leaders - addressing the question of "Who won?" - and then during the "campaign" - tracking the evolution of the overall sentiment towards each party. This required creating an autonomous, unbiased process of selecting the adequate social media sources, retrieving interactions (comments, tweets) from these sources, and analyzing their text content to generate insightful data, directly displayed on CNN’s website. This type of analysis opens a world of possibilites capable of generating value across a broad spectrum of industries, which we plan to pursue in depth in the future. We're also looking forward to releasing this week a comprehensive report that will reveal interesting insights we've uncovered from the data collected but have yet to share.
