We are pleased to announce that Horizon Equity Partners, in a partnership with RiverRock European Capital Partners LLP, has achieved a significant milestone. Following the completion of all contractual requirements, we are delighted to share the news of our joint acquisition of stakes in a shadow toll road located in the Azores, Portugal. The acquisition of Euroscut Açores, S.A. is Horizon's second investment in the Azores, after the acquisition of 40% of the share capital of HAÇOR - Concessionária do Edifício da Hospital da Ilha Terceira, S.A. in 2020.
