To qualify: ✅MSc degree in the fields of biotechnology, bio/chemical engineering, bioprocess engineering, or similar.  ✅Must not have resided in Portugal for more than 12 months in the last 36 months. Good to have: ✅Knowledge of biopharmaceutical process development; process analytical technologies (PAT) and common analytical methods for #biopharmaceuticals. ✅Previous experience with #downstream processing, #purification of biopharmaceuticals or bionanoparticles. ✅Programming skills and knowledge on machine learning and statistical data evaluation. [#iBET Researcher Awarded Best Oral Presentation at International #Phycology Congress] 🌿 Constança Bertrand and Rodrigo Martins, PhD students at iBET’s Microbiology for Sustainability Lab, recently presented their latest work at the 8th Congress of the International Society for Applied Phycology (ISAP), held in Porto, Portugal. ➡️ Constança’s presentation on "Unlocking the biotechnological potential of an iridescent marine bacteria that promotes microalgae growth - Cellulophaga lytica NFXS1" was awarded the “Best Oral Presentation” prize! 🥳 ➡️ Rodrigo presented his latest work on “Microbiome recruitment and assembly dynamics in Nannochloropsis oceanica cultivations”.
