A Day of Discovery at RDD Textiles 🧵 Last week, the Fashion for Good team, along with its 2024 Innovators— Algreen Ltd., Fibre52, Gencrest, HeiQ AeoniQ™ and SEFF — visited one of our supply chain partners, RDD Textiles, as part of our 2024 Innovation Programme. We started our day visiting their recycling centre, Valerius 360, where post-industrial waste is transformed into new materials. Next, we visited their knitting house, Clothius, followed by their dyeing facility, where we saw the impressive results of our Innovators' work, including Colorifix, Algaeing, Smartex.ai and KBCols Sciences Pvt. Ltd. (Official Account) Sciences. We wrapped up the day at the RDD Textiles & Valérius Hub Showrooms, offering a glimpse into the future possibilities that innovation can unlock. Our key takeaways from the visit: ✅Unlocking innovation requires manufacturers and brands to embrace flexibility and move beyond conventional industry standards ✅ Success lies in trusting emerging technologies, collaborating to push boundaries, and committing to the necessary time and investment.  ✅ With this approach, innovations can ultimately achieve the same efficiency and cost-effectiveness as traditional methods. We left RDD Textiles inspired to keep driving the industry toward the validation and scaling of critical innovations.
