Scorecards are a key component to increasing visibility on the adoption of best practices and processes across an organization as mentioned by Tiago Barbosa on his latest post. If you are struggling to get your teams to adopt specific practices watch the video below to get some tips on how to do it with Rely.io. Don't believe me? Ok. Read the customer success story we posted a few weeks ago with Amplemarket to see how they used Scorecards in their benefit.

In all my years working in IT I've worked with several hundred customers of all sizes and shapes. I've seen and supported them in evolving their practices, processes and technology to improve their operational readiness, developer experience and become more efficient. I've also seen it work in small focus groups but where all of them struggle the most is when they need to get wider groups to adopt these same practices or technology. This is where Scorecards (and a bit of gamification) can help. With Rely.io we've seen great results when we use scorecards to track not only the operational maturity, production readiness or DORA metrics but also when we use it to track the adoption on Rely.io itself during onboarding. On top of that we add leaderboards to introduce some gamification into the product which teams seem to find really interesting and allows engineering managers to push their teams to step up on their operational excellence. After all, no one likes to be last. All of this is of course automatic and up-to-date. So, throw away your old spreadsheets and move to the next big thing. Move to Rely.io Scorecards. Watch this video for a better understanding of what problems scorecards try to solve. 📺 https://lnkd.in/dM-5gYV8

Careful! This is still HOT 🔥 Is there a better way to get started with a product than with a product overview? Well, maybe...if the overview is a short and straight to the point. Enjoy!
