African Philanthropy Forum Conference: Claudia Pedra shares her experience on this 5th edition in Zimbabwe. 🌍 In representation of Stone Soup Consulting, our Managing Partner, Claudia Pedra shares with us her enthusiasm: “It was a very full week, covering issues like systems change, how to deal with AI bias, tackling climate change, dealing with severe human rights violations like female genital mutilation, and also celebrating the power of movements. In a continent where giving and sharing are so embedded in culture, the claim is that philanthropy always existed, just with another name. 🤝 The conference tried to also encourage pan-African alliances and more philanthropy from Africans to Africans rooted in deep knowledge of the different situations all over the continent that lie with local communities.
