In today’s increasingly diverse work environment, many of us are recognising the value of supporting our employees' personal beliefs and practices. At our Warsaw office, we have team members from many different backgrounds and with multiple beliefs and religions, so we have recently established a multi-faith prayer room to ensure that we have an environment that is inclusive and respectful to all. This space serves as a quiet, non-denominational area for employees to reflect, meditate or pray according to their faith.
