📌 UNITE congratulates its member, Hon. Dr. Faustine Ndugulile, on his nomination as the next Regional Director for the World Health Organization (WHO) African Region. 🌍 With over 20 years of senior-level experience in #GlobalHealth both within Tanzania and at the international level, Dr. Ndugulile has served as a medical professional, public health specialist, and politician. Since 2023 he has been the Vice-Chair of the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU) Advisory Group on Health. 🏛️ As a Member of Parliament, Dr. Ndugulile held several important roles in Parliamentary Committees such as HIV/AIDS, substance abuse, and Social Services in Tanzania.
