We currently have a vacancy for a Customer Technical Service Technician in our factory in Alcochete/Portugal.

Mission

Ensure customer support service customer, satisfying their needs and presenting itself as a business partner.

Represent the client's interests within Eviosys.

Main duties

Customer Technical Service support in quality claims in our customers.(food and closures)

Provide technical support required for the best use of Eviosys products, including change overs and spare parts management

Cappers maintenance, new installation and spare parts management.

Carry out audits of customer processes and, where appropriate, make recommendations for improvement.

Lead and manage customers homologation processes

Develop and maintain network with customers

Your profile

Mechanical background (electrical knowledge is a valuable asset)

Food sector knowledge (preferable)

Cutting and welding knowledge

Native Portuguese and fluent Spanish and English

Geographical mobility to visit customers in Portugal and Spain

Microsoft office and outlook knowledge.
